The Realtor and Home Owner want to improve their Properties to entice the Buyer’s Market by achieving an updated Home that stands apart from the other Listings.
Castles and Cottages Interiors provides assistance to Realtors to help with their Home Owners that are listing their homes for the competitive Market. The procedure for this collaboration is simple; The Realtor meets with the Home Owner that are listing their property. If the Realtor feels like this Property needs updating, they then call in Castles and Cottages Interiors for an assessment of the property. Detailed notes are taken and a List is provided to the Realtor and Home Owner. They are then provided with a Budget Guide to update the Property.
This process has proven successful in all circumstances as after the upgrades have been made, the Realtor / Home Owner usually gets multiple offers, which cover the Upgrades plus more than they had anticipated on getting for their Property.
A 10 year relationship with Mary Michael Martin from Compass Real Estate Properties and Castles and Cottages Interiors has proven successful, every time. The most common improvements are:
- Change Exterior Paint Color
- Pressure Wash Driveways, Pool Decks, and Exterior of Home
- Change Interior Paint, if needed. Add Accent Walls.
